This is my encaustic peice. I did it based on the time line of a human life. Child, the care free colors give of a bright innocent feel. Then the hectic life of a teenager. I really like this because each seperate piece has colors that are really representative of that piece's theme. The life is probably my favorite. I do think that because all the colors are so different that maybe they would look better as different and seperate pieces. I love your take on the encoustic though. It's really interesting and well done.
